Return Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

Lilydale Books offers a refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

  • Item is faulty
  • Change of mind within 30 days


Products can be returned under this policy but customer will incur the postage cost to return the item (this does not apply to instore purchases). No refunds are given for the following:

  • Software (including eBooks)
  • Flexibooks where the shrink wrap is opened
  • Stationery


Products are to be returned in new condition, with a copy of the tax invoice/receipt and a letter of explanation within 30 days of date of purchase to: Lilydale Books Unit 1, 25-27 Hightech Place Lilydale VIC 3140.

Prices

The prices for the goods supplied include GST. Prices and special offers may vary during the year without notice.

Receipts

We do not give duplicate receipts. Remember to keep your receipts to be eligible for the Government Education Tax Refund.
