Be sure to call us before you visit to make sure we have the item in stock.
Shop opening hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. For extended trading hours please refer to the Opening Hours.
Product Orders
- All online orders must be paid up front.
- Currently payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard via our secure Paypal site.
Product Availability
Should an item be discontinued or temporarily out of stock our Customer Service team will contact you.
Postage & Handling
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are intended for shipment within Australia. The following postage charges apply (please note these are only a guide, postage may differ for interstate orders):
- $7.95 for 1 or 2 small items only (less than 500g) Australia wide
- $11.65 for other orders for Melbourne Metro
All items are sent via Registered Post with Australia Post. Upon request we will send you a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
Occasionally we will have special postage discounts or offers. These will automatically be applied at checkout and may change without notice.
Packing
Lilydale Books will ensure that goods are prepared with a reasonable amount of packaging material so as to provide for a safe delivery.
Timing
Lilydale Books endeavours to deliver the goods in the minimum time possible which spans from 5 to 14 working days, within receipt of order. If the goods are not received within this time, the Customer should contact Lilydale Books on 03 9739 6186 to notify the delay and ensure that the purchase has been processed.
Delivery Delays
When a delivery is not possible within the regular estimated time, due to unavailability of items or other reasons a customer representative will contact you to let you know about the delay. Be sure to check for emails regularly.
