MELBOURNE DREAMING

Within its busy urban presence, Melbourne has a rich and complex Aboriginal heritage. Amongst the city landscape lie layers of a turbulent history and an ongoing vibrant culture. But you need to know where to look. Melbourne Dreaming allows you to take guided tours, or to plan your own self-guided walk, from 30 minutes to a whole day. The first edition of Melbourne Dreaming established itself as an informative and culturally appropriate guidebook.

This new edition has been updated with new sites and illustrations. While its an authoritative guidebook with clear maps, travelling instructions and stories and images of significant people and events, its also an alternative social history, told through precincts of significance to the citys Aboriginal people. The precincts include both physical and cultural sites. With their accompanying stories and photographs, they evoke an ancient past and a continuing present.

Postage

Postage for all orders is $9.95.
We process orders every business day and most orders are sent as soon as we receive them. A tracking number will be sent via SMS and email once your order has been shipped so you can track your parcel.

Click & Collect

If your items are in stock, they will generally be ready for collection within 1 – 2 business days.
During peak periods, the processing time may be longer.

Product Availability

If an item is not currently in stock, it will automatically be placed on backorder and you will be notified via SMS and email once your order is ready for collection or has been shipped. If an item is discontinued or temporarily out of stock a customer service representative will contact you.
