Refunds and Exchanges

Lilydale Books offers a refund or exchange in the following circumstances:

  • Item is faulty
  • Change of mind within 21 days

Products can be returned under this policy but customer will incur the postage cost to return the item (this does not apply to instore purchases). No refunds are given for the following:

  • Software (including eBooks)
  • Flexibooks where the shrink wrap is opened
  • Stationery (this includes calculators)
  • Second hand books (this is for instore purchases only)

Products are to be returned in new condition, with a copy of the tax invoice/receipt and a letter of explanation within 21 days of date of purchase to: Lilydale Books Unit 1, 25-27 Hightech Place Lilydale VIC 3140.

We can provide duplicate receipts. For a duplicate receipt in store bring identification and your phone number. Alternatively, you can request a receipt via email, please provide your name, phone number and purchase date.
